Retail LED Light Box Rollout Solutions for Multi-Store Brands

Plan multi-store LED light box orders with store size schedules, artwork revisions, approved samples, electrical matrices, site-level packing and RFQs.

A multi-store LED display order is more than a quantity of matching frames. Buyers need a controlled matrix of sizes, graphics, lighting, electrical systems, install conditions and pack labels so each store receives the right configuration.

1. Why Multi-Store Displays Need a Different Sourcing Plan

A single showroom sample can look correct while a rollout fails through wrong sizes, wrong graphic revisions, incompatible power or store delivery confusion. Treat the program as a controlled set of approved product variants.

2. Who Should Use This Page

Retail visual-merchandising teams, shopfitters, signage distributors, franchise procurement managers, installers and marketing agencies coordinating several store openings.

3. Six Failure Points to Prevent

RiskControl
Store measurements differApproved site dimension matrix
Prints assigned to wrong shopArtwork revision per store ID
Lighting variesApproved model/sample and test conditions
Electrical mismatchesCountry-specific power matrix

4. Select the Display by Its Job

Use SEG light boxes for large textile graphics; magnetic front-access frames or LED snap frames for regularly changed paper graphics. Different store areas may need different formats.

5. The Store-by-Store Specification Matrix

Example UK-09Magnetic frameDrawing BART-B7Verify by destinationUK-09

Illustrative entries only, not actual customer project records. Add quantities, city, installation dates and destination separately.

6. Collect Site Measurements Before Production

Record wall openings, installation substrate, floor clearance, service depth, ambient lighting and available electrical connection. Identify measurements that are provisional while the store is under construction.

7. Overall Size, Graphic Size and Visible Area

Approve frame W×H×D, finished print and viewable graphic independently. The SEG silicone-edge print template is not interchangeable with a magnetic or snap-frame graphic template.

8. Golden Sample and Pilot Store

An approved sample or trial installation can identify graphic tension, frame finish, lighting appearance and service requirements. Keep dated approval records and a controlled reference sample for repeated orders.

9. Lighting Uniformity and Optical Requirements

Agree whether edge-lit or direct/backlit illumination is appropriate and whether the project requires CCT, CRI, power or uniformity thresholds. Use recorded test methods and model-specific measurements, not vague or universal brightness numbers.

10. Graphic Revision Control

Every file should identify the store, campaign, print size, orientation, version and approval date. Release one print-ready artwork revision per SKU and track any replacement graphics.

11. Electrical Planning by Country

Collect input voltage, plug or hard-wire interface, driver position, cable exit, access for service and destination documentation. Do not claim every model has the same certifications.

12. Installation Responsibility Matrix

TaskResponsible party to identify
Site measurementsLocal store or fitter
Mounting drawingsManufacturer/contractor agreement
On-site electrical connectionAuthorized local electrician where required
Graphic fitting and handoverApproved installer/team

13. Manufacturing Release Steps

  • Buyer RFQ and store schedule
  • Drawing, artwork and power review
  • Sample approval when needed
  • Final BOM, labels and production release
  • Product-specific QC
  • Confirmed packing and shipment waves

14. Product-Specific Factory QC

SEG products need frame joints, silicone-edge tension and illumination checks. Poster products require front-opening action, cover condition and print fit. Agree acceptance records before any bulk inspection.

15. Store-Level Packing and Identification

Discuss grouping each location’s frame, graphic, hardware, driver and instruction sheet. If store-level kitting is needed, confirm scope, carton identifiers and available service in the quotation rather than assuming it is standard.

16. Use Packed Dimensions for Freight

Ask for actual carton length, width, height, gross weight and pack quantity. Large assembled frames may incur different freight costs from sectional frames; compare shipping, on-site labor and damage exposure.

17. Phased Production and Delivery Waves

Plan backwards from installation. Record sample approval, artwork freeze, production release, dispatch dates, destination receiving rules and any phased opening schedule. Dates are commitments only after order confirmation.

18. Reorders and Replacement Parts

Maintain frame profile and drawing revision, driver reference, hardware list and approved print template. Replacement orders can then be checked for compatibility instead of relying on a generic category name.

19. Evidence to Request Before a Large Order

Ask for current product photos, relevant drawing, sample sign-off, project QC items and packing record. Explore Factory Tour, Quality Control and Warehouse & Logistics for the existing process information.

21. Frequently Asked Questions

Must every store use the same size?

No. Standardise the model and control approved dimensions and graphics per location.

Is store-level packing possible?

It can be requested; scope must be confirmed with the quotation.

Does the manufacturer install units in every country?

No global installation commitment is assumed. Appoint and coordinate local installers separately.
