LED Crystal Display Manufacturer

Custom acrylic LED crystal displays for retail posters, menus and interiors. Compare poster size, visible area, wall or hanging installation, power and graphic replacement.

LED crystal displays are illuminated acrylic poster holders for hospitality, retail windows, menus and commercial interiors. A good RFQ separates finished frame size, poster dimensions, visible area and mounting; this product is not a transparent video screen or LED mesh.

1. What Is an LED Crystal Display?

An illuminated static-graphic display with clear acrylic presentation elements and a slim light-guide arrangement. It holds a printed poster or menu and presents it against LED illumination. The mirror-like, transparent LED video-screen and flexible mesh categories are separate products and are not covered here.

2. Buyer Groups

  • Retail and mall fixture companies
  • Restaurant, hotel and hospitality purchasing
  • Property and real-estate advertising suppliers
  • Commercial display distributors and sign makers
  • Exhibition and showroom interior contractors

3. Typical Applications

Menu boards, store-window property listings, wayfinding, promotional posters, reception information, café offers, hotel and commercial interior graphics. The best format depends on viewing directions, poster-change frequency and installation constraints.

4. Buyer Problems and Sourcing Decisions

ConcernWhat to request
Wrong graphic cropFrame size, poster size and visible area
Scratched acrylicSurface protection and packaging
Visible wiringCable exit and adapter position
Graphics difficult to changeFront/standoff/magnetic access method by model
Uneven illuminationModel-specific lighting review and test method

5. Feature–Advantage–Benefit (FAB)

  • Clear acrylic presentation → visually light edge details → suits retail and hospitality interiors
  • Illuminated print → display readable without a video screen → simpler artwork management
  • Graphic-change options by model → reused hardware → supports seasonal campaigns
  • Custom shapes/dimensions subject to drawing → flexible retail layouts → better installation fit

7. Poster Size, Overall Size and Visible Area

Poster format alone cannot determine the outside dimension. Provide the finished artwork W×H, required visible face and allowable overall footprint. Confirm whether the display is portrait or landscape and whether graphic edges are covered by clear acrylic features.

8. Acrylic and Frame Construction

Clear acrylic surfaces, light-guide components, decorative fasteners and any surrounding profile must be reviewed as a system. Confirm surface finish, edge detailing, support hardware and cleaning guidance; a product photograph does not establish the electrical or material grade.

9. LED Lighting and Electrical Requirements

Ask for LED configuration, driver/adapter, power, destination input voltage, cable exit, service access and required CCT or CRI if the project is color-sensitive. Legacy illumination/power figures should only be used after confirming test conditions and current model revision.

10. Printed Graphics and Replacement

Confirm the graphic material, artwork template, visible area and access method. Selected models may use magnetic, standoff or other front-access construction; do not assume all versions are identical. Keep approved templates for replacement prints.

11. Wall, Ceiling and Desktop Installation

Project formats may include wall mounting, cable-hung units and countertop displays. Confirm mounting hardware, fixing surface, suspension/load requirements, cable routes and available service space before selecting the model.

12. Shape and Size Customization

  • Rectangular A-series and other printed-poster sizes
  • Selected round or project-specific acrylic outlines
  • Wall, hanging or countertop configuration by model
  • Single-/double-sided designs subject to structural review
  • Electrical configuration and artwork print preparation

13. Drawing, Sample and Bulk Order Process

  • Define location, mounting and poster size.
  • Confirm model/shape, acrylic finish and visible area.
  • Approve artwork, electrical and mounting details.
  • Review sample where requested.
  • Complete fabrication, graphics and LED assembly.
  • Inspect, protect and pack for shipment.

14. Quality Control

Check acrylic surface scratches, edge finish, dimensions, poster access/fit, standoffs and mounting parts, illumination, driver and cable, correct accessories and protective packing. A lighting claim should include agreed inspection conditions.

15. Protective Packing and Logistics

Acrylic faces scratch if they contact unprotected fasteners or hardware. Use face protection, corner cushioning and separated mounting components. Ask for carton dimensions, weights and shipping labels for large or mixed-size deliveries.

16. Graphic Change and Maintenance

Clean the display with surface-compatible materials. Power off before electrical work. Replace graphics using the model’s specified access method and retain artwork and mounting instructions for repeat orders.

17. Avoid These Common Specification Errors

  • Confusing crystal poster light boxes with transparent LED video screens
  • Treating poster size and overall size as identical
  • Using archived lux or watt figures as universal current standards
  • Ordering hanging units without defining the suspension points
  • Omitting packaging for acrylic surfaces

19. Crystal vs Magnetic vs Snap Frame

Crystal displays emphasize clear acrylic visual treatment and may use standoffs or hanging hardware. Magnetic light boxes prioritize magnetic-front poster access; snap frames use an opening perimeter. Choose by required appearance, replacement frequency and installation access—not marketing descriptors.

20. Why BrandMateDisplay?

Our inquiry workflow identifies the exact model, graphics, mounting and electrical information needed to prepare a quotation. Factory, QC and logistics pages offer supporting process details; project-specific certificates, illumination and delivery claims must be confirmed separately.

21. Frequently Asked Questions

Selected sizes and shapes can be reviewed from drawings, quantity and model capability.

Can the graphic be changed?

Yes for compatible graphic-access designs; confirm the specific replacement method before ordering.
