Customer Feedback & Project References

Real customer-feedback screenshots plus a transparent framework for evaluating BrandMateDisplay project references, repeat cooperation, factory evidence and QC.

Customer feedback is useful only when it is presented honestly. This page uses existing customer-feedback screenshots from BrandMateDisplay records. We do not create fictional customer names, countries, project quantities or quotations to make the page look stronger.

What We Use Customer Feedback For

Feedback is not only a trust badge. It helps identify whether communication, product fit, packing, delivery coordination and after-sales support worked as expected, and what should be improved on the next order.

What a Strong B2B Reference Should Include

Reference fieldWhy it matters
Product / project typeShows what was actually supplied
ApplicationExplains the use case
Size / quantityShows project scale when disclosure is permitted
ChallengeExplains what had to be solved
QC / packing / installationShows execution detail
Outcome / feedbackExplains what the buyer valued

Privacy & Commercial Confidentiality

Some B2B customers do not permit public disclosure of their company name, pricing, drawings or store program. Where disclosure is limited, we prefer to keep the reference anonymized instead of inventing public details.

Repeat Cooperation Matters More Than a Generic Rating

We do not publish a blanket “100% satisfaction” statistic. For sourcing decisions, repeat orders, project feedback, clear issue handling and documented execution are more meaningful than a marketing percentage without a defined sample.

What Makes a Useful B2B Project Reference?

When reviewing a supplier, ask about the product supplied, the intended application, dimensions, manufacturing or packing constraints and how exceptions were handled. Where confidentiality permits, product photos and project-specific records are more useful than anonymous marketing praise.
